 Ⅰ.PAPERMAKING DISPERANT

Our papermaking dispersant can be completely dissolved within 60 minutes.Even low PAM content can promote the dispersion of fibre and the excellence of paper forming,and improve the softness of paper pulp and increase the strength of paper.It is suitable for all kinds of papermaking progress such as toilet paper,napkin, tissue paper,etc..Sometimes,it can completely replace PEO in some paper mills. Usage and dosage:
a, The concentration of the solution of this dispersant works best in 0.1-0.5%. when being dissolved, sprinkle 1kg anionic polyacrylamide product evenly into the water with stirring the water.Filter the solution after a hour with a 40 mesh sieve.Dilute with water when using.
b, In general, the dosage of a ton of paper is 500-1500 ppm.

We may help to choose proper products for different customers.Generally speaking, polyacrylamide with high Molecular weight(106) adapt to a wider range of PH value(from 4 to 10), such as C8020PGRF.

Usage and dosage:
a, Retention and filtration agent feeding sequence: cationic starch - neutral glue -cationic retention and filtration agent.
b, Dosage: 100-200 ppm
c, Dilution concentration: 0.1%-0.3%
